Shatera is a DC area based virtual fitness coach helping women create sustainable fitness routines without restriction and guilt. She comes from an entertainment background and learned at an early age the importance of physical and mental fitness which inspired her to want to work with other women. She currently offers virtual coaching and other inclusive services with the goal of creating accessible opportunities for all women and girls to achieve optimal health and wellness. Tune in as we chat about how to break the barriers of fitness engrained in years of fitness myths and how to build a more confident outlook on health.
