Welcome Back to The Trainer Feed! On this episode we discuss how to train and also how to modify intensity during the days that we feel off. Everybody that follows are training program will have days that may interfere with a certain move or that day’s PR. There are always option to modifying a day; take a rest day or change the intensity of that workout. Changing the intensity of that day’s workout will allow you to keep moving and reduce the risk of injury. After that, then getting back on the normal training course.
