Episode 95: Consistency

Welcome back to The Trainer Feed! On this episode we discuss the importance of consistency in any workout regimen. As the year moves one, we like to ask ourselves and our clients how they think their progress is going. Typically, one would say that in a month and a half, there is not as much progress as one would like. The number one advice we give our clients is to stick with the program and trust the process.
