Welcome back to The Trainer Feed! On this episode we will be discuss some methods that will help you stay on track or help you make decisions when it comes to eating out at restaurants. When it comes to restaurants, they may not have the best options if you’re trying to eat a specific way. Here at The Trainer Feed, we try to stay away from vocabulary that tend to classify foods a certain way, however there are some food choices that may be better and more suited for whatever performance goal you have in mind.
