Welcome back to The Trainer Feed! On this Episode we discuss nutritional habits that we can maintain to keep consistent with our goals, especially while we are traveling. While we travel we can find it hard to keep our eating habits. Meal prepping is always a good option to help with our habits. However, realistically, people go out to eat when traveling.
