Welcome Back to The Trainer Feed! On this Episode Coach Angel and Coach Jacques discuss taking a break and taking time to let you body heal. As we train we need to remind ourselves that are increasing stress on our body, therefore we need to learn to rest and reduce the amount of outside stress that may hinder gym gains. We also talk about running mechanics and essentials especially when life becomes overwhelming and when a novice tries to start a running program.
