Welcome back to The Trainer Feed! On this episode Coach Jacques and Coach Angel take us through stability training and how to modify to specific clients and goals. Many times we see gym goers try to improve stability and sometimes those ways may not be as efficient. There are many ways to increase the difficulty of an exercise.
