Welcome back to The Trainer Feed! On this episode we chat with Personal Trainer and Animal Flow Master Instructor, Freddy Satizabal. Freddy M. Satizabal is a 38 year old movement student and creator who has a passion for rising others against their own beliefs about themselves. He utilizes his experience as a semi pro soccer player, military training and a hip-hop street dancer to set the culture of his current role as an educator, coach and new business owner. His fitness journey began in the military as an assistant coach for his squadron and continued at the University of Miami Wellness Center as he pursued his degree in Exercise Physiology and Sports Administration. He continued his education and professional experience with Equinox Fitness Clubs. As an Animal Flow Master Instructor, he represents the Animal Flow company and teaches the program to fitness professionals throughout Central, South America as well as some regions in the United States. Freddy is the owner and creator of the lifestyle performance company Train Space. Train Space is an online company that provides services to the outliers and lifestyle athletes dealing with chronic pain and illness who have a craving for action sports. Train Space works on bringing precision movement quality with a taste of rebellion. When he’s not building up his business, clients or students, Freddy can be found singing covers, enjoying play time in the sun with friends or cruising down Coconut Grove on his longboard. His drive and dedication come from his love and desire to create something special for his twins Lucca and Alessandra who inspire him daily.

On this episode we get a chance to speak with Freddy about how he's managed to build during the pandemic, how Animal Flow can help get clients what they need before what they want, and how to incorporate some of these tools and tactics into building a personal training business.
