Episode 45: Ashely Whelan

Welcome back the The Trainer Feed! On this Episode we have Ashely Whelan. Ashely is a Professional Dancer turned Personal Trainer. She holds her CPT from NCSF and is the founder of Lift Weights Lift Spirits, created with the belief that when we show up for ourselves we show up for our community. With a BFA in Performance Dance from Kent State University, Ashely started her wellness journey teaching dance classes to children in various school programs and group fitness for the YMCA in Brooklyn. Equinox 76th St. is where personal training began. Since then, she has moved to Tampa FL where she spent 4 years working for Harbour Island Athletic Club and Spa. In 2018 she was in the top 10 performing trainers for Wellbridge nationwide, all while 9 months pregnant. She hold certifications in NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, Steel Mace Flow Level 1, and Reflexive Performance Reset Level 1.
