Welcome to The Trainer Feed’s first official episode !

The team had the idea behind creating the podcast where we can all create a safe, comfortable and stress free environment to chat about fitness ideas and trends. It has been a project that was in talks for a short while. With the Covid-19 pandemic altering our normal lives and forcing us into isolation, what better time to start working out the kinks and pull the trigger on this podcast.

Jacques, Angel and David talk loosely about the adjustments to their lifestyle and routines since the start of quarantine. The aim behind launching the podcast is ultimately to be as transparent as possible with training regimes, eating habits and regenerative methods.
