The team conclude their coaching habit conversations with Angel acting as the client while David and Jacques are the acting coaches. Angel’s biggest challenge we found, was meal prepping and hydration. Angel during this time was training for a birthday running challenge where endurance is key. Hydration and adequate meal prep is very important because it can greatly determine how one will preform on any given day. We give Angel suggestions and tips to help him over come obstacles.
