Revisiting the coaching habits conversations, we see David tell us his regeneration and nutrition areas of opportunity as Jacques and Angel engage as the coaches. David highlights how his green vegetable intake is one he’d like to focus on while monitoring his sleep habits. With the Covid-19 Pandemic changing everyone’s nutritional habits, we suggest to always have green leafy vegetable on hand.

In terms of regeneration, David feels that he is slowly finding himself going to bed later than he would want to. Again, this arguably a very tough habit to come out of, especially when the lifestyle pre-pandemic required an early wake up call. David’s biggest challenge has been watching shows into late hours of the night. We suggest some alternatives and give some advice to hopefully form better sleeping habits.
